Remove the fake suppressor and forearm

Make sure you have the cocking handle in forward position.
There are three screws on the barrel block.
Remove the top screw and loosen the other two slightly. 

The front sight/ cocking handle assembly will slide off the barrel.
You may have to tap lightly to get it loose.

Move the cocking handle back until you can see this screw. 

Using the orange screwdriver, remove the screw and cocking handle.

Insert buffer and reverse the process.
Buffer is snug and may have to be tapped lightly into place.
